The TF Wireless Database is a database of research images taken at major telecom exhibitions around the world. The images can be accessed through a series of indexes and summary tables.

These summary tables provide analysis of exhibitions, exhibitors, companies, brands and cellular wireless handsets. The sample index pages below are all static. In the live database, subscribers can click on the green ticks in order to obtain the required selection of images or data tables.
1. Main Index Page : This is the master index for the TF Wireless Database through which numerous searches can be made based on Exhibition, Company (Exhibitor, Brand or Manufacturer), Product Type, Product, Technology Group, Technology or Frequency. At this level the index is made up of seven separate sections. The index provides access to over 11,000 images from over 400 companies and 1,500+ cellular wireless handsets from the thirteen major telecom exhibitions during the past year.

2. Wireless Handset Index Page : This is the main index for the TF Wireless Database when searching specifically for wireless handset products that have been exhibited at major exhibitions. Here the "Product Type" is "Cellular Handset". At this level there six separate scrolling indexes in the left hand side of the screen covering Exhibition, Company (Exhibitor, Brand or Manufacturer), Product, Technology Group, Technology or Frequency.

3. Exhibition Index Page : This summarises the cellular wireless handset research at thirteen telcom exhibitions around the world during the past twelve months.

4. Cellular Wireless Handset Technology Index Page : This summarises the different cellular wireless handset technologies seen at each exhibition. In the live version of the database, subscribers can click on the green ticks to give a set of thumbnail images and details of the handset technology selected.

5. Cellular Wireless Handset Frequency Index Page : This summarises the different cellular wireless handset frequencies seen at each exhibition. In the live version of the database, subscribers can click on the green arrow to give a set of thumbnail images and details of the handset frequency selected.

6. Company Index Page : This summarises the number of entries in the TF Wireless Database for a company. The scrolling indexes on the left of the page can then be used to search for entries for the given company by Exhibition, by Product Type, by Product, by Technology, by Technology Grouping and by Frequency.

7. Exhibitor Ranking Page : This page allows subscribers to rank the entries on exhibitors at a given exhibition. This sample page is ranked on the wireless industry exhibitors at a telecom exhibition in China.

8. Brand Ranking Page : This page allows subscribers to rank the entries on network operator brands at a given exhibition. This sample page is ranked on the wireless industry exhibitors at CTIA Wireless in 2005.

9. Handset Ranking Page : A summary table for all cellular wireless handsets at a given exhibition. This sample table is ranked in order of the handset products at CommunicAsia in June 2005.

10. Exhibitors Ranking Page : A summary table for the entries for given exhibitors at different exhibitions. The sample table shows the biggest exhibitors at CTIA Wireless in March 2005.

11. Wireless Handsets Page : A typical selection page showing all the wireless handset products for a given manufacturer at a given exhibition. There are scrolling indexes on the left which allow the selection of a wireless handset product by Product, by Technology, by Technology Group and by Frequency. The thumbnail images are shown on this static sample page. In the live database subscribers can click on the thumbnail to view a higher definition image as well as the summary details of the wireless handset.
